The Pittsburgh Steelers are prepping for their home opener with several injury questions looming. The most pressing of them is what’s to come on the offensive line, as rookie Troy Fautanu is suddenly questionable after getting injured in practice. He was listed with a knee injury, which was the injury that forced him to miss Week 1, though it’s unclear if it’s an aggravation of the same injury or a new one.

That could put second-year tackle Broderick Jones back in the mix just a week after getting benched following a disastrous drive that included two holding calls and a false start. To be fair, it was an odd situation that played out from the jump, as the team opted to give Fautanu the start and rotate Jones in afterward.

With the final practice of the week in the books, here’s a full breakdown of Steelers' final injury designations, as well as their participation report for their final practice ahead of Week 3 against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Steelers injury designations for Week 3

Questionable: QB Russell Wilson (calf), OT Troy Fautanu (knee)

Out: LG Isaac Seumalo (pectoral), TE MyCole Pruitt (knee)

The Steelers ruling out LG Isaac Seumalo and TE MyCole Pruitt isn’t unexpected, as neither of them practiced at all this week.

Meanwhile, rookie Roman Wilson does not carry an injury designation for Week 3 after missing the first two games of the season with an ankle injury suffered early in training camp.

Full practice report breakdown
