Steelers fan poll: Should T.J. Watt be the Defensive Player of the Year favorite?

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Pittsburgh Steelers fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.

Welcome to Week 15 of Steelers Reacts. After a 27-14 win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, Pittsburgh is now 10-3 on the season. However, the upcoming matchup against the 11-2 Philadelphia Eagles will prove to be a challenge.

As always, we’ll be asking what your confidence level is regarding the Steelers. Is the team trending in the right direction, or do you still want to see more?

Elsewhere, what are your thoughts on T.J. Watt’s season? He’s currently tied for seventh in the NFL in sacks with 9.5, within range of overtaking Trey Hendrickson’s league-leading 12.5. Watt is also tied for first in tackles for loss, with a whopping 17 so far this season.

Watt is behind his usual sack pace, but he’s still had an excellent 2024. Currently, he’s the favorite to win Defensive Player of the Year in a season without many strong candidates — especially following Dexter Lawrence’s season-ending injury. Do you think Watt is on pace to win the award for a second time?

Vote now & check back later in the week as we break down the thoughts of your fellow Steelers fans!
