The Pittsburgh Steelers split the season series with the Baltimore Ravens, winning in Pittsburgh 18-16 and losing 34-17 in Baltimore. And while many pegged the Texans as the best possible matchup for the Steelers, others suggested the familiarity with the Ravens and overall success they’ve had against Baltimore made them the better matchup.
Regardless on what the best possible matchup is, the Steelers seem happy to be playing their arch rivals again, especially right tackle Broderick Jones, who was openly excited about a third game against the Ravens.
“For me, personally, I wanted to play the Ravens,” Jones said. “I still got a bad taste in my mouth from last game, so I wanted to play them again. I’m glad we get to play them again.”
