The Pittsburgh Steelers are heading into their fourth road game in six weeks to start the season as they travel to Las Vegas to take on the Raiders. Will they record their second win in Vegas in as many seasons? Here is what the BTSC staff sees taking place.

“Steelers need this one and the Raiders have few weapons on offense. It’ll be a slop game with a gross score, but the Steelers get back in the win column.
Final Prediction: Steelers 19, Raiders 17.”- Ryan Parish

“With Isaiahh Loudermilk and Jeremiah Moon playing more prominent roles this week, look for Teryl Austin to call more blitzes. Patrick Queen, Elandon Roberts, and even Beanie Bishop will cause pressure and splash.
Final Prediction: Steelers 23, Raiders 19.”- Kyle Chrise

“The Steelers are due for a bounce back game. I still don’t have much faith in the offense, but the defense should be able to return to form against the Raiders. The pass-rush injuries hurt, but Aidan O’Connell is no Dak Prescott — or even Joe Flacco.”
Final Prediction: Steelers 17. Raiders 13.”- Ryland Bickley

“With slot corner and edge rusher issues limiting the defense’s ability to win games single-handedly, the Steelers realize the need to open up the offense. With Russell Wilson being a full participant in practices, Justin Fields realizes the need to make a statement. Final Prediction: Steelers 27, Raiders 22.”- Tom Fox

“The Steelers should win this game convincingly, but they don’t do that. Pittsburgh has won just FOUR games by more than one score since the start of 2021 – this game won’t be any different.
Final Prediction: Steelers 20, Raiders 16.”- Jarrett Bailey

“This is a typical trap game for the Steelers, as the Raiders roll with Aidan O’Connell amidst struggles at QB while they are down several weapons on offense (Davante Adams, Zamir White and Michael Mayer out, Jakobi Meyers questionable), injuries on the o-line and star DE Maxx Crosby is a little banged up. Color me a pessimist, but Vegas doesn’t seem like a “get right” locale for a unit wading through distractions. The Raiders take the win thanks to a standout offensive performance from rookie tight end Brock Bowers.
Final Prediction: Raiders 23, Steelers 20.”- Kate Magdziuk
